Principal’s Welcome
Let me extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of the Rolling Hills Primary School community.
Thank you for taking the time to consider our school as a place for your child to learn and grow. Melburnians love to find a hidden gem, whether it is a laneway in the city or a new undiscovered artist. Well, you have found our hidden gem in the outer east and you will not be disappointed!
We are a school community that prides ourselves on the close relationships that we share with our families. We want you to feel a part of our community from the moment you hit the ‘book a tour’ button. We put you and your children first, striving each day to deliver the success all parents and carers want for their children.
We have a proven record of academic achievement that continues to improve year after year through consistency, hard work and continual enhancement of our teaching. We provide opportunities to all our children wherever they are academically and whatever their interests are. We teach Reading, Writing, Spelling and Mathematics each day and we differentiate our approach to meet each child’s personal goals.
Our innovative specialist program includes Design Technology, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Physical Education and Global Arts, with a focus on the languages of French and Spanish. All of our students also participate in weekly Science lessons with their classroom teachers, all of who have been upskilled to deliver and teach a comprehensive science program.
At Rolling Hills Primary School, we offer an extensive range of opportunities and extracurricular programs, including student leadership, school camps, sport, instrumental music and a range of weekly support and extension programs. We believe that every child should be supported to progress to their full potential.
I am proud to lead this amazing school in partnership with a team of highly motivated, passionate and caring staff. Prospective families and their children are welcome to visit and tour. Every day is an open day at Rolling Hills Primary School.
Warmest wishes,
Craig Bradley
Principal
